Q: How much weight will I lose?

A: The weight you lose during the ‘14 Day Juice Cleanse Challenge’ depends a lot on your starting weight. The more overweight you are, the more weight you will lose. As a general guide people lose 10% of their starting weight over the 14 days. For example, if your starting weight is 90kg, expect to lose 9kg and therefore weigh 81kg by the end of 14 days.
